Due to the club’s legal status as a Limited Company, the management of the club is overseen not by a committee but by a Board of Directors.

Directors are invited to join the board for their specific areas of professional expertise and they provide their services without remuneration.

Currently the board is nine-strong and includes Directors with legal, financial, property management, marketing, human resources and management expertise under the chairmanship of Martin Wood.
